This Privacy Policy explains how the Voilega mobile application (the “App”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. Voilega narrates public-domain children's fairy tales in the AI-cloned voice of someone your family loves.

When you use the App, we may collect the following:
No ads, no tracking. Voilega does not show ads, does not use third-party analytics or tracking tools, and does not sell your data for marketing.
The raw voice samples you record for cloning are sent to ElevenLabs to build the voice model and may be stored by ElevenLabs on their systems. You should only create a voice using the voice of a person who is you, or someone whose explicit consent you have obtained. When you delete a voice from within the App, we make reasonable efforts to remove the associated voice model.
We share your data only with the service providers necessary to operate the App:
These providers process data only to provide services to us. We do not share your data with other third parties unless required by law.
Under the GDPR (applicable in the EU / Spain) and the KVKK (applicable in Türkiye), we process your data based on: performance of a contract (to provide the service), your explicit consent (especially for voice recordings), and legitimate interest (to keep the service secure).
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account or your data, we remove the relevant records from our systems within a reasonable period. For voice data held by ElevenLabs, that provider's retention terms also apply.
Voilega is a family app and the stories are designed for children; however, accounts are created and managed by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. A child's voice should only be recorded and managed by you as their parent/legal guardian. If you believe a child's data has been processed without your consent, contact us at info@voilega.com and we will take appropriate action.
Under the GDPR and KVKK, you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to info@voilega.com. You can also delete your account and related data from within the App.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encrypted connections, access controls, etc.). While no system is 100% secure, we follow industry-standard practices to safeguard your data.
Our service providers may process data on servers located in different countries. We take care that such transfers are carried out in line with applicable data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you through the App or our website. The current version is always published on this page.
